Terms & Condition

Wa Media aims to deal with its clients in a timely, professional and agreeable manner. If you engage in business with Wa Media, you will be accepting our terms and conditions.

The Contract

Wa Media will create an independent contractor relationship with clients. No joint venture or partnership is implied or intended by any of the parties.

Both parties will agree upon a date of commencement of services and charges will be relevant to that date.

Clients will get a monthly report of performance services.

Either of the parties may not completely transfer or cancel the responsibilities of the service to another service vendor prior to notice of minimum 10 business days.

Wa Media possesses the right to subcontract a 3rd party service provider for some service tasks.

If, as a person, you are not a party to the contract, you will not have any right in connection with it.

Payment

  • Wa Media will send an invoice to the client on a monthly basis in advance.
  • If a client fails to pay a monthly invoice when awaited, Wa Media can end the services immediately. In this case, we will not be responsible to issue a 10-day notice from before.

Liability

Wa Media is not going to be responsible for any consequential or indirect losses, owing to the hold up in obligated service deliverable, where the wait is caused by ungovernable or natural causes.

The clients will be liable to cover, defend and hold Wa Media safe from and against all claims, liabilities, losses and expenses, in relation to the services offered by Wa Media to the clients as per this agreement, including claims without limitation made by third parties associated with any false advertising claim, liability claims for services or products sold by the client, claims made for trademark or copyright or infringement and patent, claims due to malfunction or disruption of the services offered or for any content you submitted for Wa Media to publish.

Due to the nature of digital media, any information/content that the clients give to Wa Media for publication can be accessed by the public when the publication is carried out. Wa Media is not liable for screening the material and any loss of profit, any business asset or goodwill because of the type of content, which is being publicized.

Waiver

In case, at any time during the term of a service contract, we cannot insist upon the firm performance of any of your obligations under any of these terms and conditions or the service contract, this is not going to free you from any of the obligations stated in the terms and conditions and does not form a waiver. Any waiver of term and condition is valid officially only in case it is informed to you in a written form.
